Mykonos, voted as one of Europe’s best islands, has enchanted visitors with its traditional architecture, whitewashed houses, tiny chapels, narrow winding streets, sandy beaches, blue-green crystal clear waters and its famous nightlife. Dine at top-rate restaurants, dance at elegant nightclubs or sit at a table at the waterfront and enjoy the serenity of the sun setting over the picturesque harbor. Whatever your vacation needs, you will find it in Mykonos. Santorini, the enchanting island of the Southern Aegean Sea, is a miracle. Santorini’s wild beauty, unique architecture, black and red beaches, its 3,500 year-old archaeological site at Akrotiri, famous wineries and dramatically aesthetic sunsets attract visitors to this tiny island from all over the world. Santorini is perhaps the most stunning landscape the world has to offer.

Roundtrip airfare from Raleigh-Durham (RDU) to Athens 
Eight night hotel accommodations as below

Itinerary:
Depart Washington Dulles (IAD) or other gateway to Athens, Greece
D1 – Sep 22, 2024 -Depart Washington Dulles (IAD) or other gateway to Athens, Greece

D2 – Sep 23 - Arrival to Athens, transfer to the hotel,  Overnight at the – Athenian Callirhoe Hotel

D3 – Sep 24 - Sightseeing tour of Athens incl. Acropolis, overnight in Athens
After breakfast, commence your morning sightseeing tour of Athens. Visits include the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Spend the afternoon at leisure or explore this fascinating and historical city on your own. Overnight in Athens

D4 – Sep 25 -  Transfer to the port, ferry crossing to Mykonos, Overnight in Mykonos at the San Marcos Hotel

D5 – Sep 26 - Day at leisure, overnight in Mykonos
Your day today is at leisure. Opt for a tour to the nearby island of Delos, located just 2 miles from Mykonos. Delos, a UNESCO world heritage site, was considered by the ancient Greeks to be one of the holiest of sanctuaries, where the god Apollo and goddess Artemis were born according to Greek myth. Here, you can visit an impressive archaeological site hosting many monumental antiquities from the Archaic, Classical and Hellenistic periods.
D6 – Sep 27 - Day at leisure, overnight in Mykonos

D7 – Sep 28 - transfer to the port, ferry crossing to Santorini. Overnight in Santorini at El Greco Hotel
Today, transfer to the Mykonos port for your ferry ride to the breathtaking island of Santorini, where you will spend three days at leisure. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

D8 – Sep 29 - full day tour of the island incl. visit to Akrotiri and wine tasting, overnight in Santorini
Succumb to Santorini’s charms on a private tour to see its highlights. Traveling by luxury, air-conditioned vehicle with a guide, learn about Santorini’s history and culture as you explore. Stop at Red Beach, view the Minoan ruins at Akrotiri independently, see Oia, visit the village of Megalochori, and more. Conclude the tour with a wine tasting at a vineyard before returning to your hotel.

D9 – Sep 30 - Day at leisure, farewell dinner at the local restaurant, overnight in Santorini

D10 – Oct 1 - Transfer to the airport, return flight to Athens and continue to USA

Deposits:  $350.00 per person, due February 29, 2024.   Full payment due July 15, 2024.
​Payments can be made as desired in the interim; or $500.00 per month until final.

Cancellation Policy:
First deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation 65-46 days prior to departure, $350.00 per person 
Cancellation 45-36 days prior to departure, $500.00 per person (additional)
Cancellation 35-0 days prior to departure, 100% of total cost
