Board your spacious, video and restroom equipped Motorcoach and head towards beautiful Savannah, GA for a four night stay. This evening enjoy dinner and check into a hotel.
Day 2
Enjoy a Continental Breakfast at your hotel, then enjoy a guided tour of historic Savannah, the "Belle of Georgia." You'll see architectural marvels, beautiful oak-lined streets and lovely "town squares." Enjoy a full day , Hop on, Hop off tour of Savannah to enjoy sites at your leisure, You'll visit the FIRST AFRICAN AMERICAN BAPTIST CHURCH. Constituted in 1777, it is the oldest African American Church in North America. Later this evening, enjoy dinner and entertainment before returning to the hotel for the evening.
Day 3
After a Continental breakfast, we depart for fascinating and history-rich Jekyll Island. See how the nation's wealthiest citizens like J.P. Morgan and William Rockefeller lived and played--including a stop at what once was the exclusive "Millionaire's Club." Later, take a guided tour of St Simon's Island where you can stroll among moss-draped oaks or shop at the interesting boutiques and specialty shops in the historic area. After dinner,enjoy an evening show at the Famous Savannah Theater, then return to your hotel to rest for the next fun-filled day.
Day 4
Today after a Continental Breakfast, enjoy a tour of maginifcent Beaufort, SC, "Queen of the Carolina Sea Islands. It's history dates back to the 1500's and its mansions and scenery has served as the backdrop of several major motion pictures, including Forest Gump and The Big Chill.
Visit historic Penn Center, the site of one of the country's first schools for freed slaves on St Helena Island. Learn of the history of Gullah, a creole form of English. Tonight, enjoy a nice dinner before returning to your hotel for the evening.
Day 5
After breakfast, you will depart for home.....
